Hi Everyone,

I just created an email that I am sending to all my SWS Members. I got totally frustrated with them not doing anything. I have pasted the email below for anyone who thinks they might use it. You can customize it and if you think it won't be productive please let me know. I just sent it this morning so I will see for myself if I get results.

Here is the email you can copy and use:

Subject: How To Make Money With The SpiderWebSystem

Message:

Hi [lead_first],

Do you want to know how you make money with the SpiderWeb System?

It's really simple. Follow the video instructions to a "T". It is all about duplication. If the video tells you to upgrade or sign up for something, then you must do it.

Look at it this way:

You sign up for and upgrade in the programs that the tutorial videos instruct you to do. You start building a team (members) and they duplicate what you do by signing up and upgrading in the programs that the videos instruct you to do and their team (members) duplicate what their referrer does and so on and so on. Everyone is making money! That is what this is all about. Duplication!

Now, say your referrer doesn't upgrade in the programs that are for generating income. Do you think you are going to upgrade? Probably not. So now you have set up a duplication of not upgrading and anyone you bring in as a member will probably not upgrade either. Guess what? You just passed up several income streams.

So...if you want to make money with the SpiderWeb System then you need to follow the videos to a "T". Duplication is easy as long as everyone understands it. Sign up for everything you are instructed to sign up for and most important...upgrade in the programs that are meant as income streams.

I added my email below my name so my members can email me personally. I have 18 members who are just sitting there doing squat and I need a way to get them to sh_t or get off the pot, so to speak. Please comment and let me know if you think this is a good way to get members motivated.

18 is a days work - let the numbers work for you - your focus must stay on one thing and one thing only - RELATIONSHIP - How many conversations have you had with the 18 mentioned. Are they married? sick? broke? bored? computer - illiterate? where do they live? do they have a pet? what's it's name?
what is their dream? what is their heart ache? Only knowing these things will make you different than the grand spam fest out there. Just keep giving away the system - you can't make anyone do anything ever - "noel's law' Kill any and all expectations and you will have joy.
Finally, find a primary business you love. SWS is means to a end. If you make it an end unto itself you will be perpetually frustrated.

You email is great and I hope you get a great response. However, Jake is right. You need to build relationships with those 18 people FIRST.

Everyone who I have ever worked with knows me to some degree on a personal level. I speak to these people and find out about them and what they are struggling with. Even if they are not struggling, what are they hoping to achieve.

People HATE to think they are being cajoled into buying something. They need to be in a kinesthetic state before making a buying decision.

In other words, they need to FEEL that after the purchase they will not suffer with buyers remorse and that the product will benefit them tremendously. Making them feel good about themselves.

Before you ask them to DO anything, GIVE them something.

VALUE VALUE VALUE.

Whether it be your time, a gift, some interesting resources, a webinar where they will learn something new, an invite to this network to meet other people or just anything you can think of that is value.

Let them know you are there for them. You are their leader and you will help them before and after they have upgraded.

They will stay loyal with you and you will profit from them over time. Trust me.

Making money online takes commitment and patience.

Have you read any of Mike Dillards stuff? He teaches the magnetic sponsoring methods.
The Science of Getting Rich is great too. If you opted in on the front page you should have that book as a gift from me.

to avoid overkill - set up a bogus account and see how awesome the company has done in creating an effective autoresponder system. Your contact with your free users should be as instructed in the first email when someone looks at your site. Email them, call them - that's it. Just put a human touch to the technology we are using.
