You email is great and I hope you get a great response. However, Jake is right. You need to build relationships with those 18 people FIRST.
Everyone who I have ever worked with knows me to some degree on a personal level. I speak to these people and find out about them and what they are struggling with. Even if they are not struggling, what are they hoping to achieve.
People HATE to think they are being cajoled into buying something. They need to be in a kinesthetic state before making a buying decision.
In other words, they need to FEEL that after the purchase they will not suffer with buyers remorse and that the product will benefit them tremendously. Making them feel good about themselves.
Before you ask them to DO anything, GIVE them something.
VALUE VALUE VALUE.
Whether it be your time, a gift, some interesting resources, a webinar where they will learn something new, an invite to this network to meet other people or just anything you can think of that is value.
Let them know you are there for them. You are their leader and you will help them before and after they have upgraded.
They will stay loyal with you and you will profit from them over time. Trust me.
