Hi As I told you my system doesn't work so I'm deleting the spiderweb account and starting again...dear friends you cannot imagine how irritated and angry i am at the moment!! there's just no way to speak to the creators of this system...
I heard of a ticket system...from where do you get this ticket??
Anyway I'll cancel and try one last time then cancel everything once and for all if it doesn't work...and i WILL reveal this experience on the web if it's not solved out...how can they keep this business running without support...do they think they're perfect people or what??
yeah, they are so perfect that i wasted 4 days building a DEAD website system

I sincerely feel your frustration and will forward your message to someone I have as a contact to see if they can help.

One word of advice...The only people you will hurt if you strike out against the SpiderWeb are the members, some having great success others not so much. So please think about who you are really going to be hurting before you do something you might regret.

Another thing...the SpiderWeb System is still in Beta and we have all had to be patient while the bugs and glitches are worked out. Kimball is very busy trying to get all these things fixed and I agree that there should be better support. A lot Better!

Hey Daniel,

I might have figured your problem out. You are using your user name when you should be using your domain name, I think.

Try this: http://thespiderwebsystem.com/spiderwebdaz

That will bring up your default SpiderWeb page. Of course, if your user name and domain name are the same I don't know what to tell you. My user name for GDI is different than my domain name.

Let me know if that helps.

I gave you an email address to corporate, use it, at least you'll get a real person, if only in 3 to 5 days. Good luck, I've been struggling for three weeks!

I, as well had frustration when I started. The server crashed the weekend that I started and I was in the same place U R trying to get it to work. I can't say anything that U haven't already heard. I do hope that U will continue as I would hate for U to miss out even though we are going through some rough times. Remember, this is in beta.

Hello, Daniel. I just signed up on this community after reading your post and the replies. Please, please, hang in there. Do not cancel out. Remember we're still in beta mode, and I know it's frustrating. I have signed up since early March, and may I say, we've come a long way since that time. Have you tried the suggestions you have received thus far? Are they working for you? Everyone here I am sure will be pleased to assist in any way we can. Once this system is finally debugged, it will be great, just you wait and see. Remember, the system is in beta mode. We are actually helping them debug the system through trial and error. It is our mishaps that are helping them refine the system. If you have tried and still can't get it to work after applying the suggestions, please send me your link to the SWMS and I will try and get you some answers.

Well my default system should actually be www.spiderwebdaz.ws. That's the GDI account I am paying for and that's supposed to be up and running...and after 3 days it still doesn't work...

Thanks for your support.
I had tried all the suggestions myself already. The first and only i should say obvious and most important thing to do when your site is not running is to check the domain network settings (DNS) and name servers, together with customized web pages links. All is in order from my part and from GDI. I contacted GDI administration who told me that the name servers had been pointed to the spiderwebsystem and as from GDI's part everything is supposed to be in place.
This morning I changed GDI domain setiings to 'sitebuilder' instead of 'own nameservers' and managed to build up my own website and set it running in 15 mins. it means that GDI's part is working well. now i changed everything back as it was...still check this out: www.spiderwebdaz.ws ....surprise...'web page cannot be displayed' :)
