I am a newbie to the internet. The internet has reached a point where millions of people are doing their best to make money online in a bid to earn a regular monthly income.
If you are new to the internet and you have just started on the quest of finding a business to get started, you will find yourself in a minefield of similar minded people all looking for the same thing just like me.
How to Make Money Online or Work at Home is a heading you will see over and over again as you search through the business opportunity pages, it could take you weeks if you stopped to browse through each website.
You will also see headings that will tell you how to make thousands of dollars in a matter of hours. These headings will always attract the newbie but most of them are scams. I have been online and I have yet to find an opportunity where I can make thousands of dollars in a matter of hours so please let me know if you find one.
There is absolutely no doubt that you can make money online, if there wasn't I wouldn't waste my time or energy searching online.

The most important part of getting traffic to your website is keywords, and links from other websites. You will also need to write something of interest that is informational to your visitors.
A new website will find it hard to get other websites to link to them unless you have gained page rank, so the easiest way to do this is to write articles that people will want to use on their website. When they use your article and add your bio to it, this gives you a link from their website.
Just give your business time to get off the ground, don't expect to make a fortune or even the income you need for at least a few months, you must have patience and in time your patience will be rewarded.
